All I want to do is use the main stereo grand piano sound and in user space 21 have a layer with that sound and stereo strings where I can control the string volume on the left most slider..Is this possible? I actually think this might be a little more complicated than it sounds as the piano samples are recorded as Left and Right and you need to use both samples in the hex layer to make a piano sound and then you need to pan them properly but I'm not sure how much. And then you might need to adjust some other settings to get an exact matching tone like stereo grand piano. If you go into layer edit in he hex layers and scroll all the way to wave 1 and wave 2, you will see two piano samples called something like piano1Left and piano1Right. Hopefully someone else will chime in or create the hex layer you need for you. It is possible and to set the slider to control hex layer volumes too.
