Larry
Yep got to play for the kids this Thursday and what did i have to play with? A Casio SA 76.My sister and Brothers kids (age 1-10) loved the little casio and so did I. (tell the 6 aa batt's ran out.)Now this is a toy, but it has a bit of "beef" to it if you doin't just take it for granted. Its funny, i played it like i would a full size keybord, the best i could and had a few people taking a secound look--" what are you doing Larry"---- Just playing it, i said. Better check the toy box, kids have alot of -- you never know Stuff.I hope you had a Good Thankgiving, or a happy weekend. For fun i dug this up. Display Name
The SA-76 is actually a pretty nice little keyboard. Cheap and rugged so it's perfect for the little ones first keyboard, or a fun KB for us old dudes.
Null
I own an SA-76 myself. I keep it under my bed for ear training when I can't sleep and don't want to fire up the monsters. I also use it to amuse the small children of relatives and also to help keep their greasy fingers off of the expensive monsters Anyway, I can say categorically that the distortion and reverb on that SA-46 was NOT stock equipment. The guy was obviously running it thru a pedal or some sort of effects box Gary
Brad Saucier
I also have an SA-46. There are some great sounds in the SA series.
