JaneyK
Hi - We have just received our new Celviano AP 450 and we love it, except we have noticed a very obvious crackle from the right hand speaker when playing high notes. Seems to be only on the grand piano setting so far (comes through on speaker and headphones). I am going to contact the shop we purchased from in the morning, but wondered if anyone had experienced the same? Thanks for any replies! jpb1977
I would suggest that based on it coming through the headphones as well, the problem is actually not the speaker but rather the sound engine of the keyboard. Use the manual and perform a factory reset. Fingers crossed it solves the issue.
rodneyara
Hello, did you find out how to solve the crackle problem? Thank you in advance!
tiveny
Hi, I've been having a similar problem with my AP 450. Whenever I press several keys at the same time, or use the pedal, a crackle, like an electric noise, comes from the right speaker. It also happens if I have headphones pluged in. Eric Chua
Hi, I also encountered the same problem with my ap450. Is there any solution to this?
Mike Martin
The first thing you should do is contact your Celviano dealer where the unit was purchased. Casio America has always offered an extended warranty for registered users.
