Casio midi wind controller

After studying trends regarding the exisitng midi woodwind controllers manufactured by Akai and Yamaha, as well as some of the listings for the now defunct Casio DH series midi "saxophones", I have a "cunning plan" for Casio. ;) Why not manufacture your own line of midi woodwind controllers again? You obviously have the technology and background. Look at the market-there must be a market as every midi wind controller auction I see on eBay sells fast, providing the price is reasonable-and many of the prices for the new ones are pretty steep, in the $500 and up range for the serious player's instruments such as the WX series and the EWIs and only 2 manufacturers are still selling new product. So, what do you say Casio?  Is this worth a second look? May be a "niche" market, but I bet there are plenty of woodwind players who would buy a Casio, providing the price was right and quality is there. Just don't make it look like the DH series-you know, like a toy saxophone. Stick with the straight 'stick" model which i think is more stage performance appropriate and if you undercut Akai and Yamaha (not hard, these are overpriced IMO but they have a captive market and can keep the prices high). With the new XWs and PX'es being so successful, why not? Look at what your used/repaired DH series are fetching on ebay and use that as a price guide. And say you got the idea from me first (but only if it flies-if the market  for these fails, I never said a word! :P

PS-with a midi connection, market this as playable through the existing Casio XW series, very nice!
