(I think the extension is zss) I have not been able to locate it and the MIDI spec doesn't detail it either. Steplogik Posted February 5, 2015 Author Share Posted February 5, 2015 Yes. I've developed several MIDI applications so I'm not expecting the effort to be too bad. My primary goal is to be able to quickly configure the step sequencer tracks and store templates for each track. For example, I sequence a lot of external drum machines and synths, and it is nice to be able to quickly assign a track to an external device and have all 8 note numbers mapped from the sliders to the external drum machine's note map. 1 Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...

The the software data editor doesn't allow editing sequencing data, I'll have to change something on the keyboard, import the sequence, then do a byte-level diff and see what changed. Pretty horrible thing to do and I'm sure the data structure is complex. Would be really nice if an engineer at Casio could share the information!
