WK-245 Sampling

Recommended Posts

See Step 1 under "To sample a sound" on Page 20 of the manual.  When you select TONE 601, 2, 3, 4, or 5 in Step 1, your sample will be automatically recorded/written/saved into that slot in the keyboard's internal memory, and it will remain there, even when the keyboard is powered OFF, until you delete it or overwrite it with a different sample.  No separate "save" operation is necessary.  The WK-245 will store up to 5 samples with a TOTAL sampling time of 10 seconds.  That's 10 seconds for all five samples, NOT 10 seconds per sample.  So, you could have five 2 second samples or 4 one second samples and one 6 second sample, or one big 10 second sample, etc, etc, etc.

Good luck with your sampling and enjoy that WK-245 !
