Billylawton
Does anyone know if there's a more 'normal' sustain pedal for the PX-5S - or does anyone know if something like the Yamaha FC4 would work? Thank you!
Brad Saucier
Hi Billy and welcome! Yes. Most any keyboard sustain pedal of the simple "switch type" will work on the PX-5s. The PX-5s will auto detect polarity and adjust. M-Audio has the SP-2. That's a popular choice. Many others will work as well. I wanna say the FC4 looks like it will work as it reads to be a simple switch type pedal. Pedals designed for half damping will not work on the PX-5s.
