Ken
Hi I'm new at this casio thing. I mostly use it for rythums. I'm having a problem with the rythum side. When I try to play a minor chord it come's up a minor 7th, instead of just the minor chord. Is there a way to correct this. I had an older casio and used it for the same thing and the minor chord worked. Please advise. Thanks Ken. P.S. I'm just learning to understand how to use the keyboard. I called customer service and they made sure it was set to the default factory setting but couldn't help with the chord situation.
Solution Brad Saucier Posted February 20, 2015 Solution Share Posted February 20, 2015 Sounds like the WK might be set to Casio Chord mode. That is a one finger chord mode. 1 note plays a major2 notes plays a minor3 notes play a 7th. 4 notes play a minor 7th You are playing full chords instead of one finger so you will want to set the WK to a fingered chord mode. Press and hold the Accomp on/off button to change it.
