Brad Saucier Posted February 23, 2015 Share Posted February 23, 2015 DO NOT use that driver or any other! The CTK-2080 is class compliant. Windows will automatically install the driver when you connect the CTK ot the computer.All Casio keyboards have been class compliant for a good number of years now. For future reference:- DO NOT use drivers obtained from a third-party site. Deceitful, but not that clever. I did, however, attempt to simply attach the device with no signature driver installed.Still, within the two editing programs I have (Acid and Reason), the keyboard does not appear within the device list.Not even as a "Generic Device".I have tried, both, Local On & Off. When I have a moment, I'll continue to play around with it and let you guys know. Brad Saucier Posted February 23, 2015 Share Posted February 23, 2015 Did Windows notify you of "installing driver software" when you first plugged it in? You may want to go to device manager and see if Casio USB-Midi is in the game controllers. I suspect it won't. You should then try to "scan for hardware changes".
