JimG
Inside stand alone versions of SampleTank 3 and Kontakt 5, the virtual pitch wheel moves but the mod wheel does not. The same problem is happening inside my daw (Sonar Platinum) I have Windows 8.1 in my Lenovo Y580 laptop-- my midi connection is with usb 2.0. The mod wheel works for internal stage sounds in the PX5S. It is just not sending midi data to my computer. It must be something simple I am missing. -- Jim Green

You will need to edit the stage setting and under Common you will find where you can set controllers (in this case the mod wheel). I think it should be set to MIDI CC 1. JimG
It was only set wrong on the 0-0 ConcertGrand stage setting. I switched on the Stage Setting--Zone Edit--Controller Edit--Wheel Enable. All the other stage patches are set correctly, but I always run my vsti's off the 0-0 patch on the PX5S. --- Jim Green
