So, my very musical children were playing with the keyboard and now the sound is off. I don't know exactly what they did, but I would like to restore it to the factory presets. I have unplugged the keyboard for 45 minutes and that didn't work. Anybody have any ideas? It is a Privia PX-150.

Hi Wally and welcome to the forums. Ahh.. gotta love the kindred. First thing we'll check if they turned local control on or off (this command shuts off sound from being produced when you play the keyboard). Hold down the function key and while doing so press the HIGHEST "A" note on the keyboard (see diagram). Try to play the keyboard. If this DOES NOT work, repeat the procedure to turn local control back on and come back here for more help. Let me know if this works!

Thanks Scott. I did what you said, I don't think the local control was off because when I held the function key and hit the highest  A I didn't get any sound. When I did the same thing again, I did get sound. But I did a little more research and I think we were off an octave. We may have fixed that, but my son still think still sounds a little off (maybe the reverb?). Seems strange that there isn't an easy way to turn it back to factory presets. It is definitely better, but if you have any other ideas let me know. I really appreciate your help.
