Hi Florent

Quelle coincedence - I actually live in Penthievre.  I do windsurfing, as well as my swimming, I have promised myself a beach buggy one of these days, but I have too many toys.

Best Regards

Brian

Dear BrianH,

"We get 2200 + hours of sunshine yearly, not much rain,"

Oh my goodness..........that is fantastic ...in Cumbria we get nothing like that

"Swimming in March on until end of November"........now I am green with envy.

As long as the pictures don't take up too much memory.

I save them and export them in a smaller format and it seems to work.

I'm sure the forum can be more helpful and knowledgeable than little old me   :)

Looks a little tougher than the our winters Gary.  I've lived here 13 years and one Sunday morning there was enough snow on the dunes for me to get my skis out.  By the time I had got everything together - it had melted!

I think your right about the picture size Hugh - mine were several megabytes each - will try a resize.

Sorry straying from original thread!

Rich Formidoni jumped ship from Korg?  Tell him he was responsible for me buying a TR76 12 years ago for which I will thank him as well as never forgive him. ;)

It was a great synth, but the manual makes Casio's Chinglish look like Shakespeare and aftermarket support was non existant.

But I missed the TR so much after I sold it that I picked up an X50 just to have those sounds again.

Anyway Mike, congrats on snagging him from Korg.  Now if we can just get Jordan Rudess on board Casio will Dominate the Music World!!! :D muahahahahahahahahahahahahahahaha :D

Gary ;)

Richard Formidoni got the job.

Richard is amazing. For those of you who don't know him, he is like the Mike Martin of Korg. Different job than Mike, but he was really the public face of Korg and was the guy who showed you all the cool things you can do with the instruments. I had the pleasure of meeting him at Summer NAMM a couple years ago -- super nice guy. Huge loss for Korg, huge gain for Casio. I can't imagine a better person for the job. Congrats, Mike and Richard! You guys will make a killer team.

I just moved from NJ to Henderson, NV.  Best move I ever made, and I have moved around a lot.    NJ is the worst state in the U.S. hands down.  It was also just announced that NJ has the highest rents, and one would need to make over $20/+ per hour to afford a 2 BR comfortably.  As for any place pretty in NJ, well that is up for debate.  I've lived in NJ most of my life, so I can tell you from first hand experience, it's NOT pretty.  PA, is pretty...lived there too.

Best of luck to the new guy...even if it's in NJ..lol

Also, don't see how this is such HUGE news, that Scott had people going nuts trying to figure this out.  Unless it's someone who is going to benefit us end users, I just don't get what the excitement is all about, but that's me.

i don't get this at all.  Mike says he can't tell us anything.  Then all of a sudden Gary posts the news?  Again, not sure how this news affects us end users...Sorry, i am loyal to Casio, but don't get it.  I'll bow out of this..

I bought the PX5s after hearing Mike M, demonstrating it.I have enjoyed the forum very much.

Since Mike M. has a new right hand and will be instrumental to making new videos and demos I find this to be important news to me and look forward to hearing from the new chap who is certainly qualified for the job and congratulations to  Rich Formidon for getting it..........Yes I'm ready to pick up new tricks.

Does anyone use logic regularly ?
