I've just acquired a px160 privia piano. The backup facitlity initially worked, now it doesn't. I've tried doing a factory reset ie powering on the keyboard with the function and electric piano buttons pressed but that hasn't worked. Has anyone any ideas on this please?

Would really like to have some tracks with the 32 track and 16 track for southern gospel music without keyboard or piano music attached. I am a beginner and could sure use a lot of help. LOL all help appreciated. -

Hello, I am a complete newbie to keyboards and have just obtained an MZ-X500. There are numerous references to "saving all keyboard data/settings" or "back up your data to USB" before installing *.ZAL files or installing new firmware, in this forum and in the firmware update doc (version 1.50). I cannot find any instructions on how to do the backup! So can someone please tell me? Thanks in advance. Frank

Hi, We`re new owners of an AP450 and didn`t think it would be a problem if our little grandkids played it. It looks like they`ve pressed some buttons and now one note is off. It has no touch response. Unplugging doesn't help. The manual suggests turning off backup, but even though we`ve read through the manual a few times, we can`t figure out how to turn off backup. Could someone walk us through it step by step?
