JamesCatton Posted May 21, 2019 Share Posted May 21, 2019 We have had a privia 160 for around a year and a half and after a long period of storage we plugged it in and discovered that there were dead keys. After we had vaccumed the piano out, one key improved to the point that it would sound if you hit it hard. I'm betting that the contacts need to be cleaned but I'm not sure how to get to the keys from the top of the unit. Any help would be appreciated.
