CT-S300 Chord Mode Not Working

I've tried turning on Chord Modes one by one but none of them playing chords. Instead as usual single note sound comes. I've tried Fingered 1, Fingered 2, Casio Chord, Full Range Chord, Finger Assist. None working. Is this supported by my device or not? Because it's in the manual as well in firmware.

Do I need replacement?

Welcome to the forums.  Have you double checked that you have turned on accompaniment (ACMP)?  The rhythm screen will display AC whenever it is on.
