S350 Reset

All- newbie here.

 

The S350 was working fine and now I can't transpose and switch patches easily.

 

Tried to reset via Function and only option 3 comes up.  Need some help please

Welcome to the forums!  Okay, I'm not sure what happened but let's start with the reset.

 

Use the dial and enter button to navigate the following menu path to factory reset.

 

Press function>other>reset>factory>sure? Press enter to confirm.  "Wait" will appear and the piano will restart.

Tried but can't get to the Function screen

What are you seeing on the screen after pressing the function button? 

 

It should read "Touch".  At this point you should be able to turn the dial to navigate to "Other".  The remaining menu path in my previous post should also work this way.
