Fairly simple question. My Casio PXS-3000 is about 5 years old, and the G below middle C is not sounding. Everything else on the keyboard works fine. I live in a fairly rural area, and I am not handy. I was definitely scared off from a YouTube video about fixing dead notes on electronic keyboards. Is there a list of authorized repair centers? No matter what, I fear that the cost of shipping it and getting it repaired might not be worth it and better used toward a new model. Still, it's a great and useful instrument.

Lesson learned, use a dust cover on digital pianos!

Oh no, that's not good news.  Fortunately any reputable electronics repair technician can service it.  It doesn't need to be an authorized service location.  I would call some local places that might be able to point you in the right direction for assistance.
