Gartro Posted August 28, 2024 Posted August 28, 2024 Fairly simple question. My Casio PXS-3000 is about 5 years old, and the G below middle C is not sounding. Everything else on the keyboard works fine. I live in a fairly rural area, and I am not handy. I was definitely scared off from a YouTube video about fixing dead notes on electronic keyboards. Is there a list of authorized repair centers? No matter what, I fear that the cost of shipping it and getting it repaired might not be worth it and better used toward a new model. Still, it's a great and useful instrument. Lesson learned, use a dust cover on digital pianos! Quote
Brad Saucier Posted August 28, 2024 Posted August 28, 2024 Oh no, that's not good news. Fortunately any reputable electronics repair technician can service it. It doesn't need to be an authorized service location. I would call some local places that might be able to point you in the right direction for assistance. 1 Quote
