CASIO CTX-870IN issue

Dear forum members,

Having an issue with my Casio CTX-870IN keyboard.

 

After I power ON the keyboard, the display is ON, but it always shows like the attached picture.

 

Keyboard does not react to any key presses. The display is frozen and the keyboard is practically dead.

Can you please help me troubleshoot the issue.

Raj,
The keyboard will need to be diagnosed by a qualified technician with a service manual. More than likely you have a power related issue but possibly a problem with the main CPU board. No one can diagnose this with the information you provided.

Troubleshooting guide in the user manual could not help. Display is just stuck like shown above after power ON. Thank you for sending the user manual.

 

Can anyone kindly send me the SERVICE MANUAL for CT-X810IN keyboard, please?
