Lk450 import midi without app?

I’m really thinking about buying an lks 450 for practice and lessons. Though personally I’m not too keen on playing with an iPad or app. 
 

is there a way to import midi files to the keyboard without an app?

 

I’ve already seen the posts on how they need to be formatted for the channels 

but haven’t seen an explanation of how to easily move midi files to the device.

 

like could I just use a usb flash drive or will I need to download a specific program to my pc etc please and thank you

A USB flash drive can be used to import user songs from standard MIDI files.  Copy files to the flash drive on a computer then transfer to the keyboard, install them using the media load function.
