Does PX 760 triple pedal the same as SP 33?

Hi There, I wonder are the Privia PX 760 triple pedal that come with the wooden legs, actually the same with SP-33 ?

I am looking the Sp-33 triple pedal, with no luck, even the used one are not available.

I have someone who own a PX 760 with broken mainboard, and wants to sell cheap - as is (no testing whatsoever), so I am wondering if this a possibility.
