Casio Cts300 MIDI not working and Speakers make Crackling noises

So whenever I connect my casio to midi it doesn't work well it does kinda but in some apps(n track and ORG 24) and in pc it never works and I've switched over 5 different data cables. Also sometimes when I start it the speakers make crackling noises

On your PC, open Windows Device Manager.  Look under Sound Video and Game Controllers.  You should see Casio USB MIDI in the list of devices if everything is working correctly.
