Exporting Audio as WAV file?

I would like to export recorded audio from my CT-X700 to a DAW on my iPad. I have read that this can be done by saving audio from the CT-X700 to .WAV format. Is this true?

The CT-X700 can't export an audio file, however it is possible connect the audio output/headphones jack of the CT-X700 to an audio interface of a computer or mobile tablet/phone.  With this, an audio recording application can record the audio output of the keyboard.  This can then be saved as an audio file.

Right. That's what I'm thinking, now. I have an audio interface and plenty of USB-Type B to USB-A cables, also USB-B to Lightning. I can either use my iPad or my MS Surface 2 (which can run Audacity). Also, I could connect to the CT-X700's Phones/Out jack.
