Hello,

I have a PX-S3000 Digital Piano, purchased in 2020. Its Pedal was working well until a few days ago. It suddenly stopped working. We have tried using different pedals, a 3-pedal unit for Casio, a Universal Single Pedal unit, and followed several online tutorials for settings, however, I was unable to resolve the issue.

I'd appreciate any troubleshooting help or information about any Casio Support in Massachusetts.

Thank you!

Welcome to the forums.  Okay, have you tried a factory reset? Press and hold the "V" button to open the function menu.  From the menu select system>factory reset and press enter to begin.  It will ask sure? Agree and proceed.  Once the process is complete, try the pedals again.

Specifically which pedals do you have to work with? Is the Casio pedal model SP-34 pedal shown below? What is the make and model of the universal pedal?

Thank you! The factory reset worked! Now both universal pedals work - the Casio SP-3 that we got with the piano & one random brand that we got from Amazon.

However, the SP-34 pedal doesn't work. Is there a different setting for it that I should look for?
