HCB Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Hello, I have a PX-S3000 Digital Piano, purchased in 2020. Its Pedal was working well until a few days ago. It suddenly stopped working. We have tried using different pedals, a 3-pedal unit for Casio, a Universal Single Pedal unit, and followed several online tutorials for settings, however, I was unable to resolve the issue. I'd appreciate any troubleshooting help or information about any Casio Support in Massachusetts. Thank you! HCB Quote
Brad Saucier Posted March 10 Posted March 10 Welcome to the forums. Okay, have you tried a factory reset? Press and hold the "V" button to open the function menu. From the menu select system>factory reset and press enter to begin. It will ask sure? Agree and proceed. Once the process is complete, try the pedals again. Specifically which pedals do you have to work with? Is the Casio pedal model SP-34 pedal shown below? What is the make and model of the universal pedal? 1 Quote
HCB Posted March 13 Author Posted March 13 Thank you! The factory reset worked! Now both universal pedals work - the Casio SP-3 that we got with the piano & one random brand that we got from Amazon. However, the SP-34 pedal doesn't work. Is there a different setting for it that I should look for? Quote
Brad Saucier Posted March 13 Posted March 13 After the factory reset, the SP-34 pedal should be working as well. Have you tried all 3 pedals on the unit? Note the sustain pedal on is far right and will be most noticable on piano tones. Quote
