EF95 Posted March 15 Posted March 15 can i just have the privia piano sound come through my speakers somehow if i connect via USB? i have a macbook pro and a focusrite sacrlet 6i6 audio interface. with two KRK monitors outputting the sound. can i use the USB connection to get the privia's piano sound to somehow route out through this set up instead of just transmitting midi data? I have a privia px-360M I connected the USB and unsurprisingly the sound does not transmit. I don't have any DAW on this laptop right now, but even if i did, i guess the DAW would just use the USB to pick up midi data...which is not what i need. I just want to hear the internal privia grand piano play through my KRK monitors via my laptop Quote
Brad Saucier Posted March 16 Posted March 16 USB on the PX-360 is for MIDI only. For audio, you'll need to connect the line outputs of the piano to your external equipment. Quote
