Tom banjo Posted March 17 Posted March 17 (edited) I have my XW -P1 set up to run things into the solo -synth's exterior (number 5) osc----holding the key down or setting it ---on hold after depressing it is said to reach the sustain part of the envelope and then to--stay there--The trigger and it's thresh hold are not efficient at re triggering every 16th note--If I am correct so far--I am wanting to--- sync note on/off to the tempo--Is there a way to send this message to the address -with some other machine or the interior routing--thanks Ps I have a mio2 box that says it reroutes channels and filters out things -but so far I have not used it I do know and use the editing methods in all of the performance and tone charts --I see no way of using the controllers --they don't give this option Edited March 17 by Tom banjo Quote
Tom banjo Posted March 18 Author Posted March 18 I think I might have it--seems to be--I hooked the CTX to it but did not bother changing the XW to slave or master status--so what I have is the CTX holding an arpeggio-and that does note on off in sync-and the XW recieves the command in the zone needed but does not play the CTX note --however i put it on a quiet drum ,for safety--the arpeggio type changes adds surprises to the filter reactions --caution--when I change tones on the ctx it will change tones on the XW-so i have to change them back to the tones for this type of adventure--one can tell the wrong tone because the external sound still comes thru but unaltered by the filters Quote
