1985 Casio AS-20 Keyboard Amplifier - repair, refurb and review

CCT impulse buys, repairs, refurbs and reviews a vintage 1985 Casio AS-20 keyboard amplifier, and then tests it with a CZ101, MT-65 and VL-1. This little amp is more capable than it looks!

I think it actually first appears in the November 1984 cz-101 brochure. (At least it is depicted in the Japanese edition) 

 

The AS-3000 is also mentioned but has no price yet. 

 

I will compare it to the western version if i can find it. The European catalogs seem a few months behind the others and with some arbitrary omissions.
