Hi, I have had a few occasions where the sounds have dropped out when playing a key. I have also had a few occasions when the sound has stayed when the key is released. I have done a factory reset to see what happens, I am on V1.11. Any ideas? Also, sometimes when I switch to Tone and pick a piano pcm it sounds more synthy than it should. I press exit, switch off and eventually get the natural sound back. It most likely something I am doing but its a bit weird. Anyone else experienced this, or know what I might be doing to cause it. OK sorted. It maybe be obvious to all but I made a simple error, (the manual is not clear!) When loading the files you need to select the mode that the sound is for, i.e. ZSY select Solo synth, ZLT select Hex layer. Seems obvious now Cheers, Richard

OK, have the ZSY files on the SD card, but when loaded in the XW-P1 and I tried to load them it still says "No files"!!!!!!!!!!!

I thinks so. The file extensions are .ZLT

Hi, I have formatted my sd card on the casio and it created a folder "MUSICDAT" . I have download Mikes Moog files and copied the files into the "MUSICDAT" folder created on the SD card. When I tried to upload the files it says no file. Help Cheers, Richard

Hi, I have a Shure SM58 microphone with an xlr lead. I have a stereo adapter on the end which converts it to a stereo 1/4" Jack. Can this be connected to the XW P1 and how do I get an output. Can yu then effect the mic's output. Cheers, Richard

Hi All, I am newbie here, and this is my first Synth so i will apologize now for what maybe dumb questions and probably a lot of them. I love the XW but am struggling with the manual I have sorted out saving User Presets but this appears to be only in one group, i.e. banks of Solo synth, Hex Layer, Drawbar Organ and PCM sounds. Is there a way to have a mixture of solo synth, hex, drawbar or PCM sounds in one bank, enabling one button changes between sounds? Cheers, Richard
