  1. OK thanks. I'll try with wah. I need a Synth Moog sound with an LFO in filter with high deep and move rate up and down.
  2. No, there isn't anything. Maybe the photo you show is the LFO rate of a DSP effect like phaser or chorus or similar, not the LFO of filter and amp. I have 1.13 firmware.
  3. Where? I can't find it. In the ma in cc list (until cc97) i don't see it. I only see "layer 1lfofiltr" but it's not the rate and it's only for layer 1..
  4. Hi guys, I need these function, to control FilterAmp Rate with the mod wheel. I don't know if it is possible. With standard control assigment for mod wheel there isn't this parameter. But maybe with RPN, nrpn, or something similar it is possible, but I'm not very shod in advanced midi. I read the midi implementation of px5 but I don't understand how to do. Thanks all
  5. I have my keyboard back today and I try: - casio px5 connected to ipad through usb and minijack out of ipad in mini jack in of casio. noise everywhere, noise when I play, noise when I move a slider, noise when I do nothing. almost inusable - casio px 5 connected to ipad through midi 5pin out with "m audio uno" interface. no noise, connection perfect. There's always the "noise gate" issue, but it isn'n very big; with synth and organ sound it's not a problem. only with pianolike sound it could be a problem, but only if you play a slow ballad with long-decay chords I tihnk. I'll use Galileo, Sunrizer and Korg iM1 apps. all of this in different midi channels and from casio when I recall a stage setting, i can load for each app his preset throught program change in his own channel. these 3 apps are very very very good.
  6. What audio interface? Try try to change it with another, maybe it solves the problem.
  7. and if I plug http://www.m-audio.com/products/view/uno#.Vl8jKOPJaFk this in the midi out it helps?
  8. Hi all, I have just ordered an iPad to use with Casio px5 to solve 2 big (for me) problems with casio: the monophonic mode with synth and the weak organ sound engine. for organ I think I'll use App Galileo, or maybe the hammond in Garageband, I'll have to try. For synth I want to know what app do you use for reliable, solid use in LIVE gigs (not amateur use at home). It's fundamental that the synth have mono/legato option, poly mode, and that I can change preset throught midi program change from casio and that it can work on only one midi channel. I already bought animoog with black friday sales, thinking that changing preset throught program change was a common feature in all app synth, but I was wrong..it doesn't do it (for me, unbelieveble) I want to know some app synth with this features and that doesn't get no issues with nothing. I'm looking to sunrizer and magellan (I prefer the second for sound), but I want to know if someone of you use them in live use and if there is any problems. or any other app suggestions? I want to link the mini jack out of iPAd to mini jack in of casio, is there any problem? I read that the output of iPad is a bit low, can I balance its audio with casio audio with line in Gain, or there is too much difference and have to further boost the ipad signal? Thank you for the replies
  9. Ok, I tested some new midi cables and it happened with all of them. The "hi res midi out" was off. Often if I unplug and plug the midi cable It returns to work, but not always. And the problem isn't with the Burn that I checked sending midi program change directly from computer and it worked well. I tested the casio directly connected to the computer and the problem remained. Today I'll bring it to assistance..
  10. yes. and then the midi through of burn to the midi in of the pc interface for midiox. I have to test if it happens also with the casio directly connected to the pc interface. and to use a new midi cable. tomorrow i'll test
  11. Hi, I've just bought a GSI burn and i'd want to use it connected throught midi to the casio to automatically change preset when I recall the stage setting (I have made a burn preset for rhodes, wurly, hammond, clean and distorted, and bypass, and I also assign gain and bypass of burn to sliders of casio). The problem is that the midi out of the casio seems not to work well. sometimes it works and sometimes stops to work. When it stops If i unplug and plug the midi cable often returns to work, if I turn off and on the casio always works. Connected to midiox and see the photo in the attach of this post: Normally, when it works, if I only play notes and no sliders i see only note on and note off message; when it start to not work I see this messsage..random message.. and often "system reset". I have to bring casio to assistance? or there is something in the sys settings that Causes random this error or I have to try a reset (is it possibile) of casio? The issue happen with multiple midi cables, i try 3 cables and the problem remains. If I moved the midi out jack nothing happen sorry for my english, I hope you understand.
  12. I don't understand well the question.. The computer, if i Don't link the USB cable, dont recognize Casio input. It recognizes only the input and output (5pin) Of my audio interface. And with 5pin output Of Doepfer linked with 5pin input Of audio interface the Doepfer works. But with casio with the same settings the roland works and the Doepfer dont..so the problem it's something in the doepfer
  13. I tried with another master and it worked.... So no a problem of casio midi in. I dont know why..the Doepfer properly works with a computer throught MIDI cable linked to MIDI in Of an audio interface.. But with Casio no. I tried a Roland a33 and it's OK. I'll use the Roland now. Thank you for your help
  14. Doepfer d3m, when I Can I LL try with another master
