Hi Brad. thanks for the Reply! ok... Ides software Check Proper Usb driver Check I have the Manual Check I have connected the keyboard to the computer and the software reads the keyboard as connected, so I am sure we are on the right track.

Hello everyone, I am new to the Forum and already happy to be a part of it. I have a Privia, Px 575R and have been trying to add some new tones and rhythms online to the keyboard. I am using Music data management software and tried to download some packages and tones from Casio music site. I have no idea what to do after the download and the file type is ckf. and no idea about that either. Can someone please help me out with this issue on what is the best way to do it. This is all new to me and I just want to add some packages and new sounds to my keyboard. Thanks !
