yep, it was deffective, but i fixed it,disasembled the instrument and gave a bath with contact cleaner in the modwheel,and its working now,thanks for the attention

hey guys i think i have a problem,assigning things to the modwheel did not seem to take much effect,so i downloaded midi monitor to see what was happening,and seems my modwheel only sends values from 0 to 12,my wheel is broken or am i an idiot?
