  1. Hello, I am a complete newbie to keyboards and have just obtained an MZ-X500. There are numerous references to "saving all keyboard data/settings" or "back up your data to USB" before installing *.ZAL files or installing new firmware, in this forum and in the firmware update doc (version 1.50). I cannot find any instructions on how to do the backup! So can someone please tell me? Thanks in advance. Frank
  2. I've just acquired a px160 privia piano. The backup facitlity initially worked, now it doesn't. I've tried doing a factory reset ie powering on the keyboard with the function and electric piano buttons pressed but that hasn't worked. Has anyone any ideas on this please?
  3. Hi, We`re new owners of an AP450 and didn`t think it would be a problem if our little grandkids played it. It looks like they`ve pressed some buttons and now one note is off. It has no touch response. Unplugging doesn't help. The manual suggests turning off backup, but even though we`ve read through the manual a few times, we can`t figure out how to turn off backup. Could someone walk us through it step by step?
