The effect reminds me of an old game called "Green Beret". The sound is the beginning of each mission.

I'd love to answer you, but I'm a bit new to this style of sequencing myself. I'm figuring stuff out daily on my own and have watched Mike's videos, but still, I'd like it explained as though I'm a 5 year old.

I think it's legato, portamento and / or ADSR. You can run the data editor and view settings for each tone and find it. I only use half neuron. Sorry for my poor support.
