For me it's good that there are new privia's. As soon as they'll unveil an MZ-X with 88 keys i'll buy it in a heartbeat. Playing a PSR-E403 right now and i'm getting tired of it.

The price has been released!

Might not be the best sounding piano, but my guess is $400-500, and for that price point it's unbeatable i think.
I mean a piano with string resonance and stuff like that starts at 1500 for a secondhand Kronos or new Krome... That's 3 times more money.

The premiere of the CDP-S350 by Jeremy See!
It sounds like it might've got the AiX source inside.
He said in a comment under one of my videos that he was going to give me a shoutout, so i'm waiting for that

I hope that Casio is going to surprise is with a great arranger keyboard, it doesn't even have to be a complete overhaul, even if it's something like a Casio CTK-8000 with touchscreen, 64 notes of polyphony and MXi or AHL soundsource combined with zome of the ZPi effects and 4 variations per style. Price it at $400-500 and they'll have killer machine.
But it probably is going to be something like a Casio CTK-1600 with 16 notes of polyphony 100 songs, 100 styles, 100 voices, 49 keys and a monochrome display.

SURPRISES?!
Can't wait.

Thanks to another YouTuber called Jeremy See i found out the name of this new DIgital Piano, so i went on Google and found the specsheet for this new arranger and in my video i'll talk you through them, it has a few nice surprises!
-
If my budget was 5000 euro's i would've bought the Genos, a PA700 and the MZ-X300, best of 3 worlds.
-
I used to dislike his video regularly because i couldn't stand the fact that he thinks he's a world famous YouTuber with his "Jeremians" And he thinks that he knows everything.
BUT! Some of his video's are pretty good!

So this is an arranger that competes with the DGX-660 and Havian-30?! Seeing that it's Casio it'll be good!
-
I am hoping for:
- 128 notes of Polyphony
- AiX soundchip.
- 76 Keys
- MZx Touchscreen and OS.
- mid/late 90s Casio styles.
- $500.
I would buy one immediately.

It's ben 7 weeks... Where exactly are the videos ?

I owned the WK-1200, the CTK-601 and the CTK-731! Great machines. The 601 had a style called "World Pop" and in all my modesty i think that that's one of the best styles Casio has EVER created on a keyboard!
-
I can only say get the MZ-X range.
I've played with the Genos and i've OWNED a PA700, and after that you don't want to go back to a normal interface, HOWEVER. The MZ-X was the winner, i never played with a machine (Apart from probably the Technics KN models) with such a user friendly interface!

Thank you, do any of you have a favourite?
-
Thank you! Ithink the sounds are compatible since it's basically the same soundengine.
Please give me some feedback on the styles once you've played with them! -
I'll just leave them up to here.
If i ever get around to making new styles (if i get a new MZ-X) then i'll post them there
-
Sorry Brad, should i also post them there, or is it okay to leave them here for now?
-
Yeah they show you THAT... Well, i've had a CT-X3000 for about 24 hours and sat 3-4 hours behind it trying to create a style, i NEVER had a keyboard on which creating a style was harder.. So i returned it, and now i'm hoping to get the MZ-X500 soon.

A few months ago i had the MZ-X300 and thought it was a fantastic machine with ditto interface! I sold it because i didn't like the rythms on it... But now i wish i'd kept it.
Anyway, i created a couple of styles on the machine and well, i would like to offer them you to download, and if you could give me some feedback on the styles that you've downloaded that would be great!

Another one! This time a songstyle for Valerie, but it's a hybrid of the The Zutons version and the Amy Winehouse version. I really like ending 2 and Intro 1, and i think that the fourth fill is pretty cool! -
The MZ-X sounds pretty good! Of course it won't sound AS good as a PSR-S series or a Tyros/Genos. but the MZ-X300 is 300 bucks and the MZ-X500 around 600.. Of course the CT-X is going to sound better, but then you're going to miss the touchscreen, higher polyphony, and it's in my opinion basically just a CTK with 2 variations more and better speakers/DSP..
as soon as i've got them on the computer i will send the Feel Funk to you!
-
Thanks! I will share them soon I've got 10 styles now, when i've got 15 i will share them.
-
This is some nice playing, although (again in Kris his usual case) he does useless gissando's and arpeggio's ...
