I needed a nice piano patch, not too mellow not too bright piano, just right in the middle, and with some lush reverb like atherial sounding, of course adjustble by slider 6, you can even cancel it if you want. Hope you will like it. You can listen to the Demo SWEET Piano Cor7 Demo.WAV -

AND CAN IT BE? CT-X3000 with New Created Style
Corneliu replied to Corneliu's topic in Share Your Casio Music Here!
Thank you! Well, I recorded on multitrack only the chords with the style variations first so I can concentrate on the solo on the right hand. -

These are the work of my editing until found a strucking realism in the Strings sound, that wouldn't find in the StereoStrings tone 222. Hope you will enjoy it as much as I do. Here is a Demo to this tone, please try it for yourself. https://soundcloud.com/cor_music/newbowstringscompose-ctx-30005000 -
ctk5000 CTK 5000 Chord Keys not making sound

Did you try to initialize the whole keyboard by reset it to factory? Also, did you instal the new firmware update version? You find all the files at downloads section -
Which Casio is Good for Live Music Recording?
Corneliu replied to Ricky27's topic in General Casio Discussion
Indeed you could specify more what you would want from it: 1. Do you need 88 weighted keys or just keyboard keys? 2. Do you need it for mainly piano sound or for rhythms? 3. What would your budget be? I could just suggest the Casio PX-S3000 as probably the one that would satisfy your needs and probably over. It has 88 weighted keys but it's also packed with other instruments, and it's also an arranger. But for more of a Live Playing gig, the PX-5S would also be a great Pro choice, as it's mainly focused for Stage Settings scenarios in case you don't really need an arranger. This one you could probably find it used around $500 - 600. There is also the PX-560 that is an amazing piano and arranger + workstation. -
Hi, glad to know you enjoy the music. Well, I didn't compose it, this is a hymn that I play on my own arrangement, I play mostly by ear and chords. I also compose other music, and to answer you, my inspiration comes from above, from God. Thank you for your kind words sir, I would love to hear your playing, please do upload some music.

This is My Father's World - Px-5S
Corneliu replied to Corneliu's topic in Share Your Casio Music Here!
Glad to hear you like it, Yes, it is a powerfull machine ... has a lot of potential that is still not explored at the maximum ... -
Hi, technically you can only EDIT existent sounds and so you create NEW sounds. But you can't create new sounds from new samples. CT-X3000 doesn't have a sampler. In the download section look for new sounds edited and try them out. You can download the computer Editor to connect it via USB and this would be a easier way to put up the downloaded sounds, rhythms, etc ...

OK, still not the same result but yes, this would be an alternate solution. Thanks again!

Thanks Chandler, I understand now. I was thinking I can use it as I did before with an old Yamaha SY77 and a Roland ProE, where the Roland was an arranger that could be triggered via midi by the Yamaha... I don't think the result would be the same with the sequence programmed from the PX-5S, but I will try. Thanks again!

Thank you for your answers! I already played with it and it works to trigger one from another in my DAW. I still can't get the auto-accompaniement from the CT-X to follow the piano playing from PX-5S. Any ideas?

That's great, but what if you want to do this through a Computer with an Audio MIDI interface like Steinberg UR22MKII? I have PX-5s that I want to use as a Master and CT-X3000 as a slave. How do you actually do it?

Corneliu replied to Corneliu's topic in Share Your Casio Music Here!
Thank you! Appreciate it. -
Hi, I tried some of the rhythms style that were made for CTK or WK models, and they all work great on CT-X3000 They are .AC7 format files. If you want to give it a try, there are many in Download Sections for WK CTK Just tought someone might use this information.

Piano playing Casio Privia Px-5S Gorgeous Piano Sample, Lots of Reverb Sounding like a Big Cathedral But, you will need to use good speakers or headphones ... I recorded the sound directly to the USB memory stick, and the volume is pretty low.

I used both my PX-5S AND CT-X3000 to make this music https://youtu.be/7Wvq4iFavs0
