Yes I am noticing the exact same thing with mine. This seems to be a thing with Casio key beds over the years.
I don't know if this would work for the s3000, but here is a video of a DIY repair of this issue with a PX3:

Here is a pic of the keys inside the PXs3000. Not exactly the same design as the other keyboard but looks like something similar could be done.
