OK, the PX5 is in my living room, been reading through the manual, playing with Tones and Stage Settings. It's a very different board from my Px3, so prior experience doesn't count for much in this case. I have a couple of very basic questions. First, I understand the logic of Tones and Stage Settings. However, I'm finding switching between Stage settings awkward. The manual says that to select a bank, press the bank button. When it lights up, hold the bank button while pressing the number for the bank you want to access. So far so good. This is where it gets awkward. It seems that the only way to navigate within a bank is to again press bank, then press the number of the bank item followed by the bank number. For example, if I'm in the Piano bank, the default Set-up is 0-0. If I want to go to 2-0, I have to press the bank button again then press "2", then "0". Is that right? Seems very awkward and not quick access at all. There must be a better way to do it. Another question- any time I want to save a new stage setting, I have to replace an existing stage setting slot. Is that right? In other words, there aren't any blank slot available, which don't already have a stage setting stored in them. Thanks ahead of time for helping me sort through basic operations stuff!
