It's always when I try to play a short melody - I start playing it back but then there is always a pause before the melody repeats.

Just bought a G1 and its great except I am having trouble with looper recording. I can record something OK but whenever i try to play the recording back its never in time with what I'm playing.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

Any help would be appreciated
