I have some questions re: 575. Maybe you can help?

I have a 575 and can not figure out how to record, save and replay more than 1 song. I can record with multiple tracks song 1 but do not know how to program the keyboard  to record, save and playback songs 2-5. Any help will be APPRECIATED!!!!!
