Hi Scott, I downloaded piano celestial and the iPad mini works with the current Apple cck. I was expecting some sort of indication from the iPad that an external device was installed. The other app I was trying did not work. I will try reinstalling it.

Thanks so much for your help. For anyone else who encounters a connection problem I recommend the piano celestial app as it is free and indicates on the top right of the screen whether a midi connection has been made which is helpful for troubleshooting.

Hi there, I am new to the forum. I was wondering if anyone has encountered an issue connecting a Casio PX-760 to an iPad mini.

When I plug the lightning cable into the iPad mini it does not recognize it at all. I am using a genuine Apple usb to lightning camera adapter. I have plugged the keyboard into my laptop and it works fine. I have also plugged a camera into the iPad with the adapter cable - no issues there either.

Here's what I have:

Casio PX-760 keyboard

iPad mini 2

iOS 9.2

usb B to A cable

usb to lightning camera adapter

Am I missing a driver to make this work? Casio tech support suggested to check this forum. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
