    Mike, do you happen to know if there is anything going on regarding any 76-key development? There is nothing in the current lineup. The CT-S line sounds and looks great, but there is no 76-key version, the same with the PX-S lineup.

    I would have liked a much better display in the new PX lineup. It just looks out of place in the stylish environment. It's 2022, not the 1990s anymore. And if you pay over 1500 bucks at least for the S6000 or the S7000, it would have been mandatory to include a better display, oh, and that cheap pedal does not vibe with me either. Why, Casio, do you do it?

    FYI - I wanted to buy the S6000, replacing my trusty old PX-5S which has keyboard issues. Maybe you could do this: When using a smartphone or tablet while navigating the menu options, would it be possible to turn off the display when doing so? If not now, maybe it could be included in a future firmware update. Other than that, a white, non-glossy option would have been nice for the S6000. I already made my dealer aware of the new lineup. Maybe he'll include it soon.

    I always use rechargeable ones in my PX-5S. Never had an issue. I use Eneloops only and a slow charger. The runtime may be not as long as when using non-rechargeable ones, but I save a ton of money and don't harm the environment so much. Other companies do not differentiate so strongly between usage of chargeable and non-rechargeable batteries. Why Casio does this, I don't know.

    But be warned: Use rechargeable ones at your own risk!

    Other than that, great news that  X-3000 and X-5000 have a pattern sequencer ! 

    Yeah, that is steep. Normally manufacturers take the US$ price and use the same number for EUR, but around 70% higher price than in the US? Casio should rethink that.

    EDIT: Btw, the WK-7600 is cheaper right now in Germany (€335) compared with the US where it costs around €358 ($449). ;-)

    Ok, I could go on again about missing keys - would have liked 76 of them -, then again: I have a small setup using a Korg MicroKey keyboard with 61 keys together with a tablet or smartphone. But imagine this: even the cheaper version costs around 140 bucks. Hmmm ... tempting to replace that setup. ;-)

     

    EDIT: Oh my, in Germany it costs €249 ($311). That is steep compared with the $179 mentioned for the US.
