Alex, you really amaze me for someone who has no theory training. I do have theory training and studied to be a music teacher...1967...but I play mostly by ear. I would love to know, step-by-step how you take these styles and do them up so they will work on AC7 keyboards...if I know how..I would try and do some of these and contribute them for all...as a good will gesture. I would appreciate any input on how to go about this!!

Alex, you amaze me with your talents. The ZZ Top style was excellent!! I am anxious to see what you have come up with on this latest venture. Hats off to you. I appreciate your hard work and what you produce. How's about some Doo Wop one of these days!!!

Alex!
Happy New Year, sir! Do you have any converted styles for Casio CT-X in the Doo Wop genre?

Hi Alex!!
I did as you asked. I was able to monitor the sound of each style with One Man Band app and I chose the following I would like to use on the CTX-5000. They are as follows:
Bluegrass 118 sty
Bluegras 2 116 sty
Kramer 87 sty
Country Rock 1
Country 1
Country 2-Step
Country Pop 2
Country Pop 3
Country Slow 1
Maybe they could be sent in a zip file? I so appreciate your effort. I think I have or had some of them in a Korg PA 80 file year ago. I didn't do any of the conversions as I am totally un-knowing as to how to do such a thing. I truly miss the Korg styles...Rock and Country that would work on the PA 50 and Micro-arranger. Oh well!!
I will look forward to these. Thank you so much. Peace Out!!!

You are a jewel! Thank you so much for sharing. This gives some of less capable individuals the opportunity to utilize these things as well. You shall be blessed somewhere for your efforts.

Alex:
The three above are samples of the rhythms I am looking for, as far as oldies go. I could really use some 4/4 ballads or swing rhythms that may be Ketron rhythms converted. If you have any others that might fit into these categories..please include in a zip file if you have the time. If I knew how to convert these files I would take a crack at it. I sort of have a learning disability that makes it hard for me to understand complicated things...hard to explain. Some of it may be my age..who knows. Do you have any converted rhythms from Korg at all? Just curious. Korg is my my #1 choice but I haven't seen any of those anywhere.
Thanks so much
God Bless

Do you have anything converted from ketron sd-1 or 5 that with oldies 4/4 rhythms like what fits the Rhythm Of The Rain by Cascades 1963 or Poison Ivy from Coasters 1950s?

Here we go, my friend!! This is the kind of rhythm I am looking for....enjoy!!

Alex!
Kudos on getting back to work! Best Wishes! Do you by any chance happen to have a good country style 2 Step to fit songs like San Antonio Rose or On The Road Again? I would be really grateful if you could upload it then I shall not bug you no more! Peace out!!

Thanks, I so appreciate this. I am 76 yrs young and am not able to do a lot of tech working to make things happen. I try my best to give credit and gratitude to where it is due.

Alex!
Good day, sir! I was looking thru your list. I found so many styles that would be marvelous for me. I grew up playing music from the 40-70s with most focus on the 50s and 60s. I had my Korg set up with good styles that I used to entertain Senior Citizens. I spent 40-50 years entertaining others in clubs...playing guitar but can no long do that because my hands are in bad shape to play a guitar. I took almost 2 yrs setting up my Korg so I could carry on and learned how to play it. I gave up working playing for groups because of the pandemic. My music is country and oldies from the late 40s to mid 60s. I don't care for most of Casio's styles as they relate to the new scene with a lot of distortion and sustain, growling guitars.
I would love to obtain any of those styles you have that would fit that era....primarily swing, oldies R&R, country waltzes and ballads..8 beat. I would be honored to use what you could supply me with and they would be used to bless the lives of people who are elderly and miss those days.
Let me know what you could do for me, please. I am using a CT-X5000.
Sincerely

The Night.ac7 and 68blues.ac7 were excellent. Do you anything that will fit country shuffle and also 2 beat like Bad Moon Rising?
-
Brad, you are a life-saver for us flunkies. I don't know how you amassed so much knowlege about all the things..but sure am grateful.

Alex, I don't believe you can fix this issue. Mine does the same thing. Once I set the tempo, it stays there until I go to another music style. Just a small thing, considering the goods we get for the price it costs. I can't afford to buy something better and I really am not sure that the same issue exists there as well. I used to have a Korg Micro Arranger..which is a mini-PA50SD...and I don't think I had this issue with it, however, it was a full-blown arranger and I believe that the X5000 isn't. I may be wrong here. I'm sure Brad would know and be able to answer your question. Have a wonderful day! Are you located anywhere near Tblisi? Just curious. I had a friend who lived there and still may have a residence there.

I could really use something that would fit Fats Domino....like "I'm Walkin" which is a two-step beat with a walking bass line.
Thanks

I downloaded the Jonny.ac7 and tried it on my CT-X5000. It worked flawlessly!! That is great! Thanks for your efforts! It is very much appreciated by a 76 yr old musician who ain't over the hill...yet!!! Unfortunately, I am not enough in the know to be able to do these things...there was a time when I might have been capable. Keep up the good works...anything fitting the 50's and 60's era is perfect.

I downloaded your file and put it on an USB stick but my CT-X800 doesn't see it although it can read other rhythms which are stocked on the stick😳
Just a thought, did you install the style in the Data folder..or just on the stick? I put it in the data folder of my usb stick and loaded it into the CT-X5000. Worked and sounded fantastic!

Ok today later I'll try to download it from here and then upload to keyboard....
Alex, I loaded the Run-a-way file to my usb stick in the
Data folder and installed it on my CTX-5000. It worked perfectly and sounded great. Good job, my fellow musician. I will gladly try/or use any others that come close to the 50's-60's era. I had a lot of these type styles on my micro-arranger but I sent it to my daughter for my little grand-daughter to use and have. So I only have the CTX 5K left and I am in awe with the sounds of the aix sound chip. :)

Hey Gang!
Here's hoping this finds all of you protected and safe from the pandemic. As the majority of you have done, I have curtailed my public performances and my instruments are collecting dust..mostly. This frees me up to try to record a few tunes..with vocal etc for posterity. I would like to put the performance completed on a usb stick and be able to share it by computer. Is this possible..directly? It would be a wonderful blessing to me. Can I do it directly..live..with one take? I would appreciate a heads-up on this matter.
Thanks

Hi. That would be wonderful if I could figure out how to make the styles into a mp3 file. That is something I have no clue how to go about it.

Alex, I loaded and ran the Fun4 style on my CT-X5000 and it worked perfectly...no lag that I could notice...of course I have old, well-used ears (76) years of usage. Keep up the good work, brother!!!!
