Although the majority of the stage settings seem to be close in volume, there are some that really jump off the keyboard, for instance one in particular 9Draw Org6. Do I need to edit each of these punchier sounds to reduce the volume to match the other organ/stage settings or is there a compression feature that will limit the overall volume? Using several organ tones, I have set the sustain pedal to activate the rotary feature and it works nicely with the sustain acting as an on/off for that feature. I also can crank up the overdrive as necessary. I have saved these as stage settings. Also, I want to run the PX5 through a stereo volume pedal for overall volume control. I am assuming the PX5 will work with the stereo pedal for that purpose? I would like to make up a pedal board with two sustain pedals and two volume pedals (one set for each of my keyboards). In regard to the beginning of my post, I would like to know that I can set a limit on the volume of each setting, so that when I crank the volume pedal, I don't have to worry about uneven volume. I have nerve damage to my right leg which makes it more difficult for gentle persuasion of a volume/sustain pedal. I switched out the sustain pedal of the PX5 immediately as I can't "feel" it when sustaining. I use a Yamaha FC4 and play with the pedal almost directly under me and use my heel. If a volume pedal can be used, any particular model recommendations? I'm partial to the Boss FV-500L for its adjustable feel and I have a bunch of Boss stuff and just like the quality of the brand.
