Beautiful! can imagine how fast your fingers moving on keyboard. Was this recorded using DAW ?

Yes it was. Using Logic x. 
The main piano was the PX5S with 2 pianos 8 cents apart to give that honky-tonk effect.

I really like the tuba and the ukulele surprised me.
You might notice that I always use acoustic bass.

If fast playing is your thing ,practice your scales and speed will come to you.

There was an Irish jig I heard and it was outrageously fast

and I practice for about three months until I got it up to speed. It was murder.

Strangely it started it off as a little classical piece and then I sped it up and it became unpredictable

The lockdown helps too.
