mannjik
Is there anyone old enough to remember the Casiotone 7000 from around 1983? My wife and I used it and an MT-40 to entertain with. It only had 8 note polyphony, which is why we had the MT-40 stacked on a rack above the 7000. After hauling around a backbreaking Fender Rhodes and an RMI electric pianos, it seemed we were in futuristic digital heaven at the time. We now use a CDP-S350 and love it. CYBERYOGI =CO=Windler
The Casiotone 7000 has many stereo panning modes and can save sequencer data on datasette. The main voice corresponds to MT-65 (soundchip D931C) but is here controlled through an external CPU to handle 61 keys (later 61 key models used the normal accompaniment CPU D930G with changed firmware).
