Null
Thanks.. Dunno if anyone else gets it, but when I listen to it I get a 60's or 70's psychedelic vibe, like Deep Purple or Iron Butterfly. I realize it's not perfect, but it really does take me back to my misspent youth Gary
MaliceCooper
It definitely has a 60's psychedelic vibe to me.You are using Linux/Jack and Cakwalk to record?
Null
Yup. Linux, JACK audio and Cakewalk Home Studio 9.01 along with all hardware synths. In fact I used everything I had except for the Blofeld on that one. The Cakewalk I used for sequencing actually and then recorded to WAV with QArecord and then converted to MP3 with Soundconverter. Direct input from my mixing board to the audio input on an Intel built in soundcard. That's pretty much how I do most of my songs. Null
Just in case anyone's interested in using Linux for sequencing MIDI here's a desktop snapshot of my most important programs in action. Using Cakewalk Home Studio 9.01 plus KXStudio 12.04 with Kubuntu Linux 13.10 (32 Bit) Gary
