Neilgray Posted December 9, 2012 Share Posted December 9, 2012 Hi Everyone, I actually own a G1 but my problem is not specific to that instrument's features and I have posted on that section as well. When I was using the step sequencer the whole instrument went silent. On rebooting the same user pattern was the default and the sound was still missing but after a full system reset the sound returned to normal and has not caused problems since. However I am wondering if this is a genuine fault or one of these strange midi situations which can plague hardware keyboards. I am also trying to contact Casio direct to enquire about this since I need official confirmation before the vendors will replace the synth, which is the correct site from which to make this enquiry?Thankyou for taking the time to read this, any feedback would be much appreciated.Neil Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
