smiggell
just wondering if it's possible to disable the drum machine on the WK7600? there is one chord i have to play where my middle finger ends up hovering over the start/stop button, i pressed it by mistake a couple of times during rehearsals , it's annoying and the drummer gets the hump ( i mean like it comes through the PA system and drowns him out while i'm trying to switch it off) but it's not a disaster....if it happend on stage it would really be a disaster. i never use the drum machine anyway, only the mertronome occasionaly, i wouldnt mind disableing it permenently. - T -
Smiggell If you should ever have need to turn that on and off quickly, just power up the board and set it up normally and save that to a registration. Then make the adjustment suggested by Silvano and save that to the registration right next to the other one and switch between registrations as needed. smiggell
indeed tnico, i think it was your suggestion to set up reg 1 as the 'keyboard power on position', so, now thats the reg but with the drum machine disabled.
Geria
Smiggell: another way to silence the drum machine is to turn off AutoAccom, set F (rhythm) to a no data slot and voila no drum.
