I want to remind that the CASIO XW-P1 is a synthesizer with keys. I don't understand why gives more importance to the sound of the piano. Based on my experience with the CASIO XW-P1 is used more electronic. The buttons and sliders are very effective in using them. For people who like electronic music will draw party. If you want a piano, why buy a synthesizer? It will never sound real, never. They will sound similar. Piano or synthesizer, XW-P1 is bestial.

I don't have any theoretical knowledge about nothing. But I have knowledge of creating music. For me it is more than enough to use the XW-P1, but it is not the King of synths. Neither is it. You always need to have another to fill the gap that leaves. I'm going to buy a NOVATION as brother of the XW-P1. In my case the XW-P1 fits 100%. I Do not seek it the tickling. I suitable what it have. As Darwin says: the law of adaptation. I write in this forum is about my experiences. That they are very different from the others. Hello: People think that CASIO is a toy factory. The people are unaware that CASIO is a company unlike any other. Both a XW-P1 and a XW-G1 give much of themselves. What happens that CASIO has been inactive for years. Thanks to this fact it has made to return with fresh and different, but with quality. I could choose another company, but CASIO convinced me by one such Ralph Maten. I watched videos of other brands, but they did not give me a sense of fun and excitement. I love the XW series. Thank you. PS: the style of music I do is more electronic (synthesizer, space, ambient, techno, experimental, nonsense...). The XW-P1 fits very well within those musical styles (and many more).
