Hi @Random_Vibration the warranty is three years I have it 3 1/2 years now bought it in August 2017 . Yes I did try the recommendations but I cannot update the keyboard firmware if its not starting up. I did contact casio waiting on a response. If I can pinpoint whats the problem I can atleast try to replace the part .

Help I am experiencing the same problem shuts down immediately after start up no matter what I do .
