Another problem with my recently bought CTK-2550, when I tried to open the app through the piano, it kept crashing. When I finally got it to stay open, the app music played only through my phone, not the piano as said in the manual, even though I set the piano to the app setting. Help?

I recently received the CTK-2500 for my birthday. Upon playing it it seemed fine, but when I tried to plug in my SPECIALLY bought Casio headphones, the music continued to play out of the piano speaker and not the headphones. The headphones work on other devices, so that is not the problem.
